She enjoys turning people on to yoga for the first time, as well as challenging more experienced students to find a new edge. Lisa is also experienced in teaching therapeutic, prenatal, mom & baby, kids and teen classes. Her extensive experience and work is a great foundation for private, one on one classes as well. "I practice yoga to be a better person. I teach yoga to help others to grow and discover the best of themselves. I opened a studio because I want to live in a community where people do yoga!" |
![]() | Roy DeLeon, RYTRoy, who has been a certified viniyoga teacher since 1998, accompanies you on your path to wholeness. His asanas flow smoothly with the breath, to help bring the body, heart and soul into this moment. The session is topped with pranayama and meditation. Doing yoga enhances Roy's contemplative practice. By teaching it, he invites you to come and taste the goodness of being present wherever you are. He is a trained spiritual director, and an Oblate of St. Benedict with St. Placid Priory in Lacey, Washington. |
